On March 6, the Lishui High-tech Zone and the Baixia High-tech Zone signed a partnership park construction agreement to actively explore the transformation path for results with "R&D in the main city and manufacturing in the suburbs." Wang Sheng, Secretary of the Qinhuai District Committee, District Mayor Ling Xiangqian, Zhang Yun, Secretary of the Lishui District Committee, and District Mayor Gao Junling were present at the signing ceremony.

Baixia High-tech Zone is a provincial-level high-tech zone covering an area of 2.29 square kilometers, home to over 3,000 enterprises in leading industries such as cloud computing, intelligent transportation, the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity. It is currently accelerating thecultivation of "future industries" such as the low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, and clean energy. The core area of Lishui High-tech Zone covers 9.84 square kilometers and adopts a "one zone with multiple parks" development mechanism. It has 198 high-tech enterprises and 157 large-scale enterprises, with the Xingzhuang Technology Industrial Park recognized as a national-level technology business incubator, while the Dongping Park and Hefeng Park have successively been established as national torch characteristic industry bases.

At the signing ceremony, the Lishui High-tech Zone and Baixia High-tech Zone respectively introduced their development status and cooperation foundation. Before the meeting, Wang Sheng and his delegation visited Siemens CNC, Nanjing Elderly Care Center, and the "Li" Lifestyle Pavilion to gain firsthand knowledge of the development of intelligent manufacturing equipment and the health and wellness industry.

Relevant officials from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Shen Tao, a leader of Qinhuai District, Liu Jia, Fei Lili, and other leaders of Lishui District attended.
