On the morning of February 15, the second phase of the annual production line project for 40,000 sets of new energy lightweight vehicle bodies and chassis components officially commenced in the Lishui Economic Development Zone. The total investment for the project is 800 million yuan, which will add new momentum to Lishui's new energy vehicle industry. Liu Jia, a Standing Committee Member of the District Committee and Secretary of the Development Zone Party Working Committee, and Wang Xianfeng, Chairman of Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui, attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui Automobile Co., Ltd., as the leading enterprise in the new energy vehicle industry chain in the development zone, primarily focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of overall solutions for new energy commercial vehicle electrification platforms. The company has fully mastered the core technologies of "Big Three Electric" and "Small Three Electric" systems, as well as vehicle core technologies, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 complete vehicles and 50,000 core components. It has been recognized as a New Energy System Engineering Technology Research Center in Nanjing and Jiangsu Province.

To further enhance the company's production capacity and promote its strategic layout in the new energy sector, Hengtian Lingrui is investing 800 million yuan to construct a new production line for 40,000 sets of new energy lightweight vehicle bodies and chassis components within its existing factory premises. The project covers an area of 80 acres with a building area of 40,000 square meters, including the construction of workshops and production lines for welding and painting lightweight vehicles. Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 600 million yuan, create over 300 jobs, and generate an additional 30 million yuan in tax revenue.

In his speech, Liu Jia stated that Nanjing Hengtian Lingrui Automobile Co., Ltd. has strong overall strength, high technological content, and a promising development outlook. The commencement of this new project is not only a strategic choice for the company's long-term development but also fully reflects the company’s recognition of the business environment in the development zone. Wang Xianfeng introduced that for this project, they will introduce advanced welding and painting production lines to enhance product precision and quality. The project will also adopt environmentally friendly production processes to reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions. After completion, the enterprise will further expand its domestic and international markets, increase its market share in the new energy vehicle sector, and make new contributions to the development of Lishui's new energy vehicle industry.

In recent years, the development zone has consistently focused on advancing the manufacturing industry as its primary direction, forming dominant industrial chains in new energy vehicles and intelligent manufacturing equipment.
