Recently, Lishui District released its 2025 Entrepreneur Service Day plan, which deepens the “6” Entrepreneur Service Day mechanism (with service days on the 6th, 16th, and 26th of each month) to further optimize the business environment and support high-quality enterprise development.

Enterprises are the vital source of economic growth and the main force behind high-quality development. In recent years, Lishui District has adhered to the concept that "serving enterprises is serving development," establishing the “6” Entrepreneur Service Day system. By listening to the demands of enterprises face-to-face, the district has effectively resolved a number of pain points and obstacles encountered in enterprise development, fostering a strong atmosphere of respect, courtesy, and care for entrepreneurs. In 2024, the district held 20 Entrepreneur Service Day events, cumulatively helping enterprises coordinate solutions for 146 various issues related to approvals, site planning, financing, park support, and talent recruitment, which has gained recognition from many businesses.

This year, Lishui District has made innovations and upgrades in the content of activities, organizational forms, participant targets, and service requirements, launching 33 events to create a comprehensive service platform for government-enterprise communication, experience sharing, industry cooperation, bank-enterprise connections, and policy promotion.

The content is more "optimized." It closely aligns with enterprise needs, covering activities such as industry chain connections, policy briefings, and expert lectures, providing comprehensive support for enterprises.

The organizational form is more "dynamic." By fully utilizing local resources like the Feiyan Cultural Block, the district is also reaching out to enterprises, business circles, rural areas, and construction sites, truly achieving "zero distance" in service.

The participant scope is more "extensive." Enterprises participating in the activities are determined through a “sector recommendation + voluntary registration” method, with an expected participation of over 400 enterprises, covering more industries and fields.

The service requirements are more "stringent." A "137" work mechanism will be implemented for quick responses to enterprise demands, meaning that requests will be researched within one day, general demands will be resolved within three working days, and more challenging requests will be addressed within seven working days. Difficult issues will be escalated for processing, exchanging efficient service for enterprise development benefits.
