Recently, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, in collaboration with well-known companies such as Changan Automobile, BYD Auto, Xinwanda New Energy, Qiaofeng Intelligent Equipment, Jinling Shipbuilding, Nanjing Human Resources Industrial Park, and Suhong Human Resources, traveled to Hengyang City, Hunan Province. There, they engaged in a series of school-enterprise cooperation exchange activities with institutions such as Hunan Communications Engineering College, Hengyang Technician College, and Hengyang Central South University of Technology and Finance.

During the visit, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and relevant enterprises held cooperation exchange seminars and on-site recruitment events with each institution. They also toured the schools’ industry-education integration bases, innovation and entrepreneurship practice bases, and other specialized internship and training venues. In the discussions, the government, schools, and enterprises explored the development prospects of local companies, talent needs, and academic program offerings, expressing a strong willingness to cooperate in areas such as industry-education integration and internship employment.

To facilitate an accurate match between school and enterprise talent supply and demand, a special campus recruitment fair was held during the event, attracting nearly 1,500 graduates from the Class of 2025 for consultations and interviews. Companies received over 500 resumes and reached employment intentions with nearly 300 students, thereby building a talent reserve for the future development of these enterprises.

The school-enterprise cooperation activities organized by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in Hengyang not only deepened the communication and collaboration among the government, schools, and enterprises but also injected new vitality into promoting local economic development, ensuring employment for companies, and fostering talent cultivation. In the future, all parties will continue to deepen cooperation and jointly explore new models and paths for school-enterprise collaboration, contributing to the development of the regional economy and society.
